Quick User Guide

Using the Website

Accessing the site - input your email address, plus the password you were emailed upon registering. If you have forgotten your password, we will promptly send you a new one.

Edit my Profile - Click 'Edit My Profile' to change account settings, including filtering the email alerts you receive by region and loan characteristics.

The Homepage - displays all the latest news and updates from the syndicated loan market, including deal information and comment.

Search - Use the search box on left-hand side of the screen to perform simple searches for previous news stories and comment.

Loans on the Radar - monitor upcoming deals or deals currently in the market, filtered by market sector, region and deal stage.

Data Wizard - Access the Data Wizard to search and sort through Loan Radar's comprehensive database, and create accurate customised bank league tables, deal spreadsheets and charts.

Using the Data Wizard

Search by Bank - Search the database and create league tables and charts based on Bookrunners and MLAs or view individual banks' participation in deals.

Search by Borrower - Look up loans for individual borrowers and create league tables and charts.

Raw Data - Deals can be viewed in greater detail, sorted according to signed date and amount and downloaded into excel spreadsheets.

User Defined League Tables - Click on bank names for individual participation in deals. Download league tables on to a spreadsheet and save as a picture for use in presentations.

Charts - Use the 'compare' dropdown menu to draw charts based on your search parameters. All four different chart types can be downloaded as a picture.

Edit your Search - change search parameters down the left-hand side of the screen to amend and add to your search.

Save Your Search - click 'Save this Data Search' at the top left-hand corner of the screen to save your search.
