Funding in place to back Sonova's acquisition of AudioNova
08 May 2016Swiss provider of hearing systems Sonova has agreed to acquire Dutch peer AudioNova from private equity firm HAL Investments for EUR830m.
UBS has committed to provide the acquisition financing, with pro-forma net debt-to-EBITDA coming in at around 1.2x.
