French business process outsourcing company Teleperformance has struck a deal to acquire US translation services provider LanguageLine Solutions (LanguageLine) for USD1.522bn from its current investor owner ABRY Partners.
 
Credit Agricole, HSBC and SocGen have committed to provide the financing
