Liberty withdraws bid for Multimedia Polska
25 Mar 2018US media giant Liberty Global (Liberty), via its European cable operator UPC, has withdrawn its PLN3bn (c.USD760m) all-cash bid to acquire Polish cable and telco operator Multimedia Polska (Multimedia).
The plans were scrapped following pressure from Polish regulator UOKiK
