Banks line up on Elsan's acquisition financing for MediPole

Privately-owned French healthcare group Elsan has lined up debt funding to back the acquisition of French peer MediPole Partinenaires (MediPole).
 
Deutsche is arranging the financing, alongside BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, Natixis and SocGen.
 
Proceeds will also be used
